Just a quick note – My cell phone was stolen right before I was to leave Kosovo and travel to Ukraine. Two weeks before that, I was bit by a stray dog and had to go to several hospitals to try to find a rabies vaccine, only to find out that Kosovo doesn’t have a vaccine for humans. God is good, the leg is healing and my foot and leg are feeling better.
Kosovo was a time of great oppression by the enemy for me and my team. We are excited to see what God has in store that the enemy was trying so hard to thwart!
An update was mailed out to some supporters last week, before the stolen cell phone, so I wanted to get on here and provide you all with information – especially those that didn’t get that update.
Here is a summary –
Praises – God speaking clearly to myself and the team!, God allowing us to be His hands and feet!, Protection (yes, even with the bite, I know it could have be so much worse!) The Holy Spirit has caused us to find favor with people and has made a way into all the countries we have gone to, We have been lifted up, we have been able to minister in ways that we hear Him tell us to minister and have been able to use our talents and interests!
Please pray for us in these areas: Continued protection – physically and spiritually, the the LORD would continue to speak clearly to all of us, That HE would comfort us as we get into holiday seasons, that HE would speak HIS truth to us individually, (Ephesians 6:19-20), Continued favor with people and churches, Opportunities to share the Good News and words to say when those opportunities come! That we would continue to be shaped and molded into more like HIM
Please pray for God to restore to him what the “Locust” (Joel 2:25) have eaten. The medical costs and now the replacement of the phone have been large chunks of money that are not included in the budget for the trip.
I have asked the churches in Romania and Albania to remember us in their prayer meetings on Tuesdays. It would be great if you all could commit to lifting us up in prayer as well on Tuesday evenings. We could really use 24 hour prayer! Thank you for your support!
If you’d like to help me with the added costs, you can send my mom a check made out to me and she will deposit it into my account, you can also Venmo me if you’d like “@Anthony_Olguin-3”. Since I am fully funded – any money that is sent to Adventures in Missions will just go to their general fund and not to me. – Thanks!
Praying for you and your team Anthony. You all are fighting a good fight. May God continually fill you and your team with His joy overflowing.
Anthony, you have and will continue to be in our prayers!
Bless the Lord for His goodness and.m faithfulness. Thanks for sharing your adventures with the body. I’m thankful that you are healing up from your devious dog encounter and I’m sorry about your phone.
My God will fulfill every need of yours according to the riches of His glory in Messiah Yeshua. To our God and Father be the glory forever and ever! Amen.
Philippians 4:19-20
Thank you for your continued prayer.
Yes we all want more of Him!
Thank you so much! I know the LORD will continue to work.
Amen! Thank you for the encouragement I needed to hear that!
